^^^ I'm thinking of buying two tail lights and installing them..only the ones on the body, I think I'll keep the reverse lights. Would anybody here do the same thing?

I'm debating. But I'm assuming the cost would be quite high even if they are available for sale.

You might find some later on ebay

Whats the point? I actually dont like the LEDs on the Hybrid because they seem so small...I dont know how to word it...the lights dont fill in enough of the area of the taillights and it looks odd to me. The regular taillights are plenty bright enough.

And, though I'll always prefer an amber turn signal, there are some LED tails that I do kind of like -- like the Cadillac system where the whole LED tail flashes for the turn signal. And, Cadillac (and others) seem to have "more smaller" LED's in their tails, so you get more of a "filled light" look rather than the "bunch of LED dots" like in the Camry and Accord.
All of this said, I really really REALLY don't like anything "altezza" -- where you've got a plastic hunk of tailight lens, but only some part within actually lights up. Things like the Corolla where it's at least red throughout the lens are a bit better, but the true "clear lens with other shapes within" altezza look is just rice-rice-baby to me. No thanks! That pretty much alone makes me really despise a lot of what Nissan and Mazda are doing lately -- bleah!
In the end, I really like the 2007 Camry standard taillight configuration -- good, amber turn signals, which I think are about a thousand times more noticeable than any red turn signals -- and a nice, fully filled-in, attractive shape to the taillight lens. To give up most of that for just a handful of LED dots with the Hybrid tail configuration just really doesn't float my boat....

Yes, this is a project I will pick up once the parts are available
But like auto, it won't be plug and play... you will need to buy the LED assembly separately and then wire them because the connections will not match
