Ok well im about to order my springs from online, i decided to go with TRD because i like how its low but not TOO low haha. it gets flooded easily in the jacksonville area. well one if my buddies who works at a lexus dealership told me he can put my springs in for me. i basically just need a recap of everything i need if im going to lower my car. once i get the springs installed, i should get an alignment right away correct? and is there anything else i need to buy besides the springs? Thanks ahead of time!!

i would do an alignment about 2 weeks after so the springs settle a bit.

isnt it bad for the tires though? because they wear down a lot faster. well unless i dont drive the car around i guess, but its my daily driver.

alignment should be fine unless something happens. I have yet to do an alignment and it is perfectly fine. Not enough of a drop to worry about IMO.

As for everything you need if you're going to lower your car . . . have you looked at the DIY thread for installing lowering springs? It's helpful. The thing that gave me the hardest time and got me cursing was compressing the springs. The first compressor I had absolutely sucked. I went and got a different style and it was better but either way I was really wishing I had an impact gun to make life nicer.

Got my allignment like 2 monthes after the springs were installed.. The only major difference was that the toe was off by a good amount.
