DDM HID question

Hey all. I did a search and I've decided to go with the DDM HID's since a lot of you guys here are running them but I notice that there is http://www.ddmtuning.com/ & http://ddmhid.com/index.html Are they the same company? I notice that both sites offer the Lifetime warranty but the prices of the kits are different. I'm going with the 35 watt, 6000K.

http://www.ddmtuning.com/ has the kit for $35.00 for the ballasts & the bulbs.

http://ddmhid.com/index.html has the kit for $119.00 for the ballasts, bulbs & pnp harness.

Sorry for the newbie queston but I want to be sure I get the correct kit.

Thanx in advance.

Go with the one from the first site (http://www.ddmtuning.com/). I purchased the Apexcone 35W 5000k H11 from their site, and was recommended this from the people here when I asked a couple months ago. Everything works fine, shipping took a couple weeks. I didn't get a wire harness, since it's not really necessary, but some people recommend it. Good luck

yeah go with the 35watt slim kit its like 40 bucks or less i have 4 sets 2 in the camry no harness needed for mine and works real good id recommend the 5k. I like em so much i want to buy more kits but have no more cars to put them in lol. Amazing kit at an even more amazing price.

ddmtuning.com

I just ordered mine on Tuesday and got them yesterday. 2 days!

I ordered the H11 35w 6000k Raptor ($25). Install took less than 20 minutes.

Yeah, I'd rather go with the slim kit than the Apexcone Raptor kit.

Why didn't you guys get harnesses? I was always told to never get hids without the harness. For the people with the harness, how is your wire/ ballast set up?

^ lucky you Black... for me I have to take the whole bumper off. Placed the two kits at a nice secure location, wire it up and mount back the bumper. After putting in 2 screws and I thought maybe I should try it out to make sure. Both light didn't turn on. Take back down the bumper and tried it over 30mins. Log online and check out the troubleshoot and they said the polarity might be reverse. Go back outside and do the incorrect way plugging and BAM it was ON. Put back the bumper and found it was in incorrectly. Had to correct it a few times. Now finally it is PERFECT!!!

I need a beer. But first, gotta have dinner.
