While i enjoy the Toyota Reliablity i am beginning to get frustrated. Anyhoo, i need help replacing the wiper motor in my 88 pickup. manual doesnt quite say go to shop, but anyone got Idiot instructions on this.
Wipers when turned on are sporadic. some times they start sometimes they dont. i do not have intermittent speed only off, lo and hi.
I had to explain since when i explained the problem to autozone and a coupla mechanics, they kept saying it was the intermittent feature.
Again any help would be appreciated.
Reply 1 : Wiper motor
You first have to figure out if the problem is the switch or the motor.
Then replace the defective part.
